Christine Beta

Christine Beta is a seasoned human resource professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Regional Human Resource Business Partner for the International Fertilizer Development Center (IFDC) since April 2024, Christine previously held key positions at Oxfam International, including Global People Partner and HR Lead for the Shared Services Center. Prior experience includes senior HR roles at Kenya Orient Insurance Limited and SAMEER Africa Limited, as well as an earlier position at Neo Marketing Limited. Christine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Kenyatta University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the College of Human Resource Management, and a Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Kenya Institute of Management.
