Estevao Junior

Estevao Junior is a seasoned agronomist with extensive experience in agricultural development, specifically in enhancing productivity for smallholder farmers in Mozambique. As Lead Agronomist at the International Fertilizer Development Center since 2015, Estevao Junior has led initiatives to improve the management of fertilizers and increase market participation among farmers in Nampula and Inhambane provinces. Previous roles include Agribusiness Advisor at Millennia Services & Trading, where Estevao Junior coordinated agribusiness clusters, and M&E Officer at Abt Associates, focusing on data-driven interventions for rural development. Estevao Junior's background also includes management positions at World Vision and the Ministry of Agriculture, emphasizing community engagement, project development, and capacity building. Estevao Junior holds a BSc in Agriculture from Eduardo Mondlane University and has a strong foundation in agricultural education.
