Palash Sen

Palash Sen is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Regional Human Resources Officer for Asia at the International Fertilizer Development Center since September 2023, Palash has held significant positions including Senior Manager at BRAC, Country HR and Admin Manager at the Danish Refugee Council, and Senior Manager of Human Resources at Save the Children International. Previous roles also include AGM of HR and Admin at Rupayan Group and various human resources management positions at Partex Star Group, VENKY'S (INDIA) LTD., and Gap Inc. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Anglia Ruskin University and ongoing studies in Biotechnology at North South University, alongside a PGD in Human Resources Management from the Bangladesh Institute of Management.
