Co-founders Joe Ingham, Rachel Frankland, and Javed Bobat are three highly experienced senior finance recruiters who have combined our decades of experience to proudly launch a new era of purpose-driven recruitment that prioritises social purpose.

Based in Leeds, Yorkshire, IFF Talent works with FTSE and AIM Listed clients, private equity and venture capital-backed businesses, local OMBs, and SMEs. As part of our network, we also closely partner with Big 4, Top 10, national and regional accountancy firms, the region's leading private equity and corporate finance houses, law firms, banks and other independent advisors. We are very proud of our advocate network. 

We have significant experience recruiting across a range of levels, including the executive and C-suite space, through to senior leadership and management, the newly qualified market, and entry-level positions.
