Marcy Wilson is an experienced Engineering Support Specialist at Icon Health and Fitness, a role held since June 2007, where responsibilities include interfacing with Design/Engineering and Customer Care teams to ensure accurate part numbers in the AS400 system, enhancing customer satisfaction and service part forecasting.
