Bernd Bentele has extensive work experience at ifm, where they held various roles over the years. Bernd began working at ifm in 1997 as an Industriekaufmann and later transitioned to the role of Betriebswirtschaft. From there, they progressed to become a Personalreferent and then a Teamleiter Entgeltabrechnung und Personalcontrolling. In 2012, they took on the position of Leiter Personalentwicklung. Most recently, starting in September 2019, they have been serving as the Personalleiter / Prokurist, overseeing human resources for the company. Additionally, they will take on the role of Vice President Human Resources in January 2024.
Bernd Bentele completed their education at the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained a Diplom Betriebswirt (BA) degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre / Personalmanagement. Prior to that, from 1997 to 2000, they attended IHK Bodensee-Oberschwaben and received a degree in Industriekaufmann.
