Sven Kern has extensive experience in various roles within the IT and management sectors, having worked at ifm since October 2011 in positions including Referent Qualitätsmanagement, IT Demand Manager Sales, and IT Consultant CRM, Roll Out Manager. Prior to ifm, Sven Kern served as Process Manager for Customer WebSite at Metro Cash and Carry International from October 2008 to September 2011, and as Business Analyst/Business Consultant for eCommerce at AXA Service AG from September 2001 to September 2008. Sven Kern holds a Dipl.-Übersetzer degree in French and Spanish from Cologne University of Applied Sciences, obtained between 1991 and 1995.
