Stephen Georgoulis has a diverse work experience in the facilities management field. Stephen has held various positions of increasing responsibility, starting from their current role as the President of the Greater Phoenix Chapter of IFMA since 2015. Prior to that, they served as the Facilities Manager at the City of Phoenix starting from October 2007. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Director of Client Services at EMCOR Facilities Services from May 2003 to April 2006. Stephen also has experience working at Compaq Computer Corporation as a Senior Project Manager from January 1999 to October 2001. Before that, they held different managerial positions at Digital Equipment Corp and Digital Equipment Corporation from 1990 to 1999 and from 1980 to 1990 respectively.

Stephen Georgoulis, CFM, SFP holds a Master of Science degree in Construction/Facilities Management from Arizona State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Stephen also holds a Master's Certificate of Project Management from The George Washington University. In addition, they have obtained the Sustainability Facilities Professional certification from the International Facility Management Association in 2013. Stephen is also pursuing the Certified Facility Manager certification from the same institution.
