TJ Mendieta has displayed a versatile skill set throughout their career, starting in industry credit groups at NACM Houston. They then moved on to various roles within IFMA, including handling multiple responsibilities in customer service, membership management, and sales. TJ then transitioned to Univision Radio for a brief period in sales before returning to IFMA to take on roles in expo management and operations, ultimately rising to their current position as Senior Director Operations, Membership & Events.
