Gabriel Franco

Gabriel Franco is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering management and site reliability engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering and Head of Site Reliability Engineering at iFood since September 2019, Gabriel oversees the Infrastructure, SRE, and Database areas. Previously, Gabriel held key roles at Itaú Unibanco and Spotify, where responsibilities included managing engineering teams and developing platforms essential to business operations. Earlier experience includes positions at Movile, Ci&T, and KNBS, focusing on technology management, software architecture, and system analysis. Gabriel holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from PUC Minas and an MBA in Enterprise Management from UniCesumar.
