Erica Nalwimba

Erica Nalwimba is an experienced professional in wealth operations, currently serving as an Analyst at IG Wealth Management since May 2016. In this role, Erica is responsible for monitoring and resolving complex escalations, overseeing daily reconciliation of cash and share positions, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Previously, Erica held positions as Coordinator and Administrator in Credit and Client Banking at IG Wealth Management and Loblaw Companies Limited, respectively, where responsibilities included managing client payment requests and resolving exceptions. Erica's career began at the University of Manitoba UMSU's Digital Copy Centre as a Customer Service Representative, and Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a Minor in Management from the University of Manitoba, as well as a High School Diploma from Mpelembe Secondary School.
