Kelsey Noakes

Kelsey Noakes, CPHR, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Currently serving as Director of Talent Acquisition, Director of Organizational Development, and Director of HR at IG Wealth Management since July 2017, Kelsey has previously held the role of Human Resources Business Partner at MTS and Director of Human Resources at Birchwood Automotive Group. Additionally, Kelsey is an Independent Consultant with Arbonne International LLC. Kelsey has contributed to community initiatives, such as serving as Secretary for the Manitoba Lotteries Pink Ribbon Golf Classic for Hope and participating as a Member in the Lean In (Winnipeg Circle). Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Marketing and Human Resources from the University of Manitoba, earned between 2005 and 2010.
