Anna Vertuani is a seasoned finance professional with over a decade of experience in financial control and auditing. Currently serving as a Senior Controller at IGD SIIQ SPA since February 2011, Anna oversees the preparation of management reports on the real estate portfolio, supports analytical accounting activities for consolidated financial statements, and evaluates new investments while implementing operational processes. Prior to this role, Anna worked as an Auditor at KPMG from November 2008 to January 2011, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with accounting standards and conducting Due Diligence in collaboration with the Transactions Services team. Anna holds a Master's degree in Finance, Intermediaries, and Markets from Alma Mater Studiorum - Università di Bologna and a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from Università degli Studi di Ferrara.
