Kate Martin is the current Head of Core Accounts and Membership at IGD, where she leads the Membership Services team to maximize member acquisition, retention, and growth. With previous experience at Abbeyfield, Housing 21, and Dacorum Borough Council in various managerial roles, Kate has a strong background in membership management and customer service. She holds a degree in Community Management from the University of Bedfordshire and has also attended Ashridge Business School for further education in 2012.
