As IGEL’s Senior Vice President of Customer Experience, Irfan is responsible for all aspects of IGEL’s Customer Experience, ensuring our customers are utilizing IGEL Products to their full potential and getting to their desired outcomes with IGEL faster. Irfan comes to IGEL with more than 20 years of experience in End User Compute (EUC), Workspace Management, Virtualization, and mobility. Previously, Irfan held multiple senior management positions leading global Customer Success and Services teams at AppSense, Ivanti, and Agari. Irfan has a proven track record of increasing growth, and retention and driving measurable outcomes for customers with a passion for Customer Success as it is the growth engine of our organization.
