AI Research Engineer

We’re looking for a world-class AI Research Engineer to join our Team in Milan.

You’ll investigate, assess, and refine cutting-edge AI models, acting as a bridge between research and production; you’ll improve the research codebase by advocating for code reuse, implementing best practices, and ensuring reproducibility of experiments and you’ll manage large datasets, overseeing acquisition, labeling, and data loaders. You’ll also collaborate closely with software engineers to deploy models in production, while also contributing to the design of advanced internal tools and technologies. You’ll work closely with Product Engineering teams to understand their AI needs and achieve breakthrough results. You’ll always stay updated with the latest trends in the field and share knowledge with the team.
