IGI Life is also amongst the first few companies who commenced Family Takaful business in 2015 under Window Takaful Operations enabling the Company to offer Shariah compliant solutions.

Its shares are quoted on the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited (formerly Karachi Stock Exchange Limited). The Company commenced its operations on May 25, 1995 after registration with the Controller of Insurance on April 30, 1995.
