Jay Smith

Jay Smith is a Principal Product Manager at Igloo Software since April 2021. Prior to that, Jay worked at eSolutionsGroup from June 2006 to April 2021, starting as a Project Manager. Jay's responsibilities included project management for website and software tool implementation, marketing and business development, customer relationship management, collaboration with creative, development, and testing staff, and problem research and analysis. Jay holds a BSc in Computer Science from Wilfrid Laurier University, earned between 2001 and 2006.
