Armando Torres is an experienced media professional currently serving as a Supervising Syndication Editor and Syndication & Digital Strategist at IGN Entertainment since May 2015. In this role, Armando manages and curates content for multiple platforms including YouTube, Twitch, PS4, Xbox One, and Apple TV apps. Notably, Armando established and implemented programming and SEO strategies that significantly increased IGN's YouTube subscribers from 6 million in 2015 to 14 million in 2020. Prior to IGN, Armando worked as an Associate Syndication Editor where similar strategies boosted YouTube subscriptions to 12 million by 2019. Armando began a career in media as a Video Editor for Sprinkle Lab, producing commercial videos for Bay Area startups. Armando holds a BA in Film Production from the University of California, Santa Cruz, obtained in 2013.
