IGNITE
Ada O. is a seasoned professional specializing in career development and employment strategy, currently serving as a Career Success Manager at IGNITE since November 2023. Previously, Ada held the position of Employment Strategy Consultant at ACCES Employment from March 2021 to October 2023. Ada's experience includes roles such as Program Supervisor and Process Improvement Analyst at Independent Counselling Enterprises, Business Analyst at Bayshore Home Health, and Program Manager for the Women’s Mentorship Program at the Cooperative Development Foundation of Canada. Early career experience includes working as a Human Resources Assistant at Novotel Hotels. Ada O. earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with an Honors designation and a Minor in Neuroscience and Mental Health from Carleton University between 2013 and 2017.
