IGNITE
Ana Downes is an experienced event host and program developer currently working at Funny Bones Inc. since June 2022, focusing on the Summer Enrichment Program aimed at children ages 6-12. Additionally, Ana serves as a START Leader at the University of Guelph-Humber, engaging in student recruitment and campus outreach activities while representing the psychology program. Since January 2016, Ana has also been providing tutoring services through a personal website. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology at the University of Guelph-Humber, Ana previously obtained an Ontario Secondary School Diploma from Richview Collegiate Institute.

IGNITE is a non-profit organization and the official student union representing more than 30,000 full-time students of Humber College and the University of Guelph-Humber. With offices located at the North and Lakeshore campuses, IGNITE unites the Humber/Guelph-Humber community with a common voice and engages students through open dialogue, advocacy, essential services and social events.
