Veronica B. is an experienced professional in student engagement and event management, currently serving as the Manager of Student Engagement at IGNITE since April 2021. In this role, Veronica oversees program management and promotions for various initiatives, collaborating with 12 managers to align program design with student feedback. As a Co-Owner of Sunshine Vintage Toronto since July 2020, Veronica manages product sourcing and online sales. Previous roles include Coordinator of Orientation and Transition Programs at Centennial College, where Veronica facilitated large-scale orientation events, and various leadership positions within the College Student Alliance and Fanshawe Student Union. Veronica holds multiple certificates, including Agile Project Management from the University of Toronto, and possesses extensive educational qualifications in corporate communication, public relations, and business marketing from Fanshawe College.

With offices located at the North and Lakeshore campuses, IGNITE unites the Humber/Guelph-Humber community with a common voice and engages students through open dialogue, advocacy, essential services and social events.
