Florence O'Donnell is an experienced Technical Writer with a diverse background in various industries, currently serving at Ignite Digital Services since August 2018 and Government Secure Solutions - CGI Inc. since April 2018. In these roles, Florence collaborates with Subject Matter Experts to create and modify technical documentation and integrates Contract Data Requirements into project plans. Additionally, Florence has been with South State Bank since August 2017, where responsibilities include identifying process changes due to a major technology transformation. Previous experience includes Change Management Lead at Boston Scientific, Curriculum Development Manager at SAS Institute, Senior SAP Trainer at MeadWestvaco, and Education Account Manager at SAP Americas. Florence holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from the University of South Carolina and has further education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
