John Varin

John Varin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process improvement and technology management. Currently serving as a Managing Consultant at Ignite IPA since July 2020, John previously held the position of Vice President and IT Application Manager at BNY Mellon from May 2016 to July 2020, where responsibilities included partnering with Technology Management to execute quality assurance programs. Prior to that, John spent nearly a decade at Bank of America, where roles included AVP - Operations Consultant and AVP - Process Design Consultant, focusing on optimizing processes and employing six sigma methodologies. John earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from SUNY Polytechnic Institute between 2010 and 2014.
