Stephanie O. has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Stephanie is currently working at Ignite Visibility as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition since August 2023. Stephanie is responsible for nationwide healthcare and technology placements, offering full desk recruiting services for contract, per diem, direct hire, and permanent placements.

From 2019 to 2021, Stephanie worked as a Recruitment Manager at Community Research Foundation, a leading provider of behavioral health care in San Diego. Here, they played a key role in helping individuals recover from mental illness by recruiting and retaining talented employees.

Stephanie's career in talent acquisition started at AMN Healthcare in 2015, where they served as a Senior Recruiter. Stephanie specialized in the permanent placement of clinicians and allied professionals, working closely with hospitals to fulfill their staffing needs.

Throughout their career, Stephanie has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, recruiting, and staffing, with a focus on healthcare and technology industries.

Stephanie O. obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology and Cell Science from UC San Diego in 2013. Stephanie furthered their education at Fort Hays State University and completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology in 2017. Recently, Stephanie pursued a Master of Arts degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Touro University Worldwide, which they completed in 2021. Additionally, Stephanie obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in 2022.
