Amy Foo

Amy Foo is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Ignition, a position held since January 2025. Concurrently, Amy Foo is an Advisory Board Member at Invest Melbourne since September 2022. Previously, Amy Foo held multiple senior roles at Culture Amp, including SVP, Head of Finance and Revenue Operations, and SVP Global Revenue Operations from February 2022 to January 2025. Prior to that, significant experience was gained at Zendesk, where Amy Foo served as SVP Global Finance Operations and Managing Director for the Australia/New Zealand region from June 2013 to February 2022. Additional roles include leadership in finance at Serena Software, Ogilvy & Mather, BEA Systems, KPMG, IBM, and EY. Amy Foo is a Certified Practising Accountant and graduated from Deakin University.
