Yari Moghadam is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in driving growth and demand generation across various sectors. Currently serving as the Global Director of Growth Marketing at Ignition since January 2025, Yari previously held the position of Sr. Manager of Paid Media at Dropbox, where significant achievements included rebuilding the paid acquisition engine for DocSend and doubling non-brand ROAS. With a track record of leading demand generation initiatives at HoloBuilder, Yari contributed to substantial growth and the company's exit. Yari's expertise extends to building integrated marketing strategies and advanced marketing automation systems, fostering impactful lead generation, and optimizing ad campaigns across multiple platforms throughout a diverse career that began with project management roles at California State University, Fullerton. Yari holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Information Systems and General Management with a minor in Computer Science.
