Donna Miller

Donna Miller has worked in various roles in the financial industry since 1989. Donna began their career at Sallie Mae as a Senior Finance Specialist, where they prepared monthly volume reports, analyzed specific findings, and performed quality reviews. Donna then moved on to Philadelphia Telco Credit Union as an Assistant Loan Supervisor, where they coordinated a staff of 5 Loan Officers and 9 Loan Processors. In 1994, they took on the role of Installment Loan Supervisor at Midlantic Bank, managing and coordinating a staff of 4 Loan Analysts. Miller then moved to Corestates Bank in 1995, where they served as a Financial Credit Analyst and Student Loan Manager. In 2003, they joined Collegiate Funding Services as both a Salesperson and Regional Director, where they managed territory and exceeded volume forecasts for all loan products. Donna then moved to Education Finance Partners as a Strategic Account Manager, where they developed and maximized client relationships. In 2009, Miller began working at iGrad as a Director of Business Development, developing and managing a website and targeting perspective clients via telephone and email campaigns. Donna also began working at Enrich Financial Wellness that same year as a VP and AVP of Business Development, where they consulted on employee wellness program development, generated new partnerships, and managed a comprehensive database.

Donna Miller received their MBA in Finance from Wilkes University between 1990 and 1993. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Marketing from King's College between 1984 and 1989.
