Ajay Kumar Goyal is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at IGT Solutions since April 2025, Ajay has held similar positions at Infosys Consulting and in several key finance roles within the Infosys Group, including positions in Latin America and the Australia, New Zealand, and Japan branches. With a comprehensive background in finance operations encompassing business finance, treasury, budgeting, and mergers & acquisitions, Ajay has demonstrated expertise in managing large teams and complex financial structures. Prior to these roles, Ajay gained significant experience at Infosys and Bahl and Batra, contributing to corporate finance, auditing, and tax preparation. Education includes qualifications from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Dyal Singh College.
