Mitesh Shah

Mitesh Shah currently serves as Vice President of Sales and Customer Success at IGT Solutions, a position held since November 2023. Previously, Mitesh worked as a Customer Experience and Contact Centre Transformation Consultant at a leading Islamic Insurance Company in the UAE for a brief period in October 2023, where responsibilities included assessing customer service capabilities and managing the RFP process for new Contact Centre partners. From February to September 2023, Mitesh held the role of Vice President and Global Business Head at Technotask Business Solutions Pvt Ltd, overseeing the establishment and expansion of business operations in international markets. Prior experience includes a long tenure at Sutherland, where Mitesh served as Associate Vice President and Senior Business Director for the MENA Region, focusing on client engagement and growth strategy. Mitesh also has a background in process management and service delivery, having held managerial roles at Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited and Vodafone. Mitesh holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Gujarat University.
