Caitlin Hanks

Caitlin Hanks currently serves as the Head of Commercial Operations at IGT PlayDigital since March 2025, following a long tenure at IGT beginning in December 2009. In this role, Caitlin leads the Account Management Team, overseeing several tier 1 global operator accounts. Previous positions at IGT include Head of Account Management for EMEA and Commercial Team Leader for PlayDigital, where management of key accounts and leadership of commercial teams were central responsibilities. Earlier experience includes roles in marketing and business development at Oddschecker, Sky Bet, and Betgenius, where Caitlin developed strong client relationships and drove product management initiatives. Caitlin Hanks holds an education from La Trobe University.
