Marcus A. Sullivan has extensive work experience in finance and consulting. Marcus A. is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at IGX Solutions Corp. Previously, they held the same position at FV Bank.
In 2003, they founded Sullivan Consulting Inc., a management consulting firm specializing in business valuation, M&A, and litigation support. Marcus A. served as the Managing Director until 2022.
Before that, Marcus worked at Ponterra Business Advisors as the Director of Engagement Support Services in 2016. Marcus A. also worked at EY as a Senior Consultant, where they provided consulting support to various businesses and not-for-profit institutions.
Early in their career, they worked at Grupo Santander as an Enterprise Manager, providing financing alternatives to small and medium-sized businesses and serving as a financial advisor.
Marcus A. Sullivan, CVA, CMAA, MAFF holds an M.B.A. degree in Finance from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, which they obtained from 2003 to 2005. Marcus A. also earned a B.S. degree in International Business with a minor in Economics from UMass Boston between 1991 and 1995. In terms of additional certifications, Marcus is a Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor, obtained from the Alliance of M&A Advisors in 2015. Marcus A. is also a Certified Valuation Analyst, obtained from the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) in February 2012. Lastly, Marcus is a Master Analyst in Financial Forensics (MAFF), obtained from the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) in April 2020.
