The Innovative Healthcare Collaborative of Indiana, LLC (IHCI) is a wholly owned joint venture between Deaconess Health System (DHS) in Evansville and Community Health Network (CHNw) in Indianapolis. The collaboration was formed to advance and support population health and value-based care (VBC) strategies and supporting services for Community Health Network and Deaconess Health System.
