Dawn Sakaguchi-Tang

Dawn Sakaguchi-Tang is a highly experienced Principal UX Researcher at iHeartMedia, having previously served as a Senior UX Researcher. Dawn's expertise in user research was further developed through roles as a User Researcher at PRO Unlimited (Facebook) and as a PhD Student Researcher at the University of Washington, focusing on co-designing projects with older adults. Dawn contributed significantly to the Northwest Center for Public Health Practice, leading the SOARING project, which focused on understanding the information needs of older adults and resulted in essential design resources. Dawn also has experience as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Washington and as a Research Consultant at Anthro-Tech, Inc. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Human Centered Design and Engineering from the University of Washington, and a diverse academic background with degrees from the University of Washington, Central Washington University, and the University of Hawai‘i.
