Koyas Miah

Koyas Miah is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in managing tax operations for large and medium-sized companies. Currently serving as a Senior Tax Manager at InterContinental Hotels Group since January 2013, Koyas Miah oversees a diverse client portfolio, which includes a major FTSE 100 construction company as well as firms in the retail, transport, and automobile sectors. Prior experience includes a role as a Tax Consultant at PwC from September 2007 to January 2013, where Koyas Miah contributed to significant projects such as the tax redomiciliation of a FTSE 100 company. Additionally, Koyas Miah completed a summer internship in 2006 with HSBC Amanah Finance in the Islamic Finance division, focusing on the aviation industry's asset and structured finance. Koyas Miah holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics from the University of Warwick, obtained in 2007.
