Theresa Goodaker

Theresa Goodaker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in security, project management, and organizational strategy. Currently serving as Head of Security Center of Excellence and Director of Security Enablement at IHG Hotels & Resorts since September 2021, Theresa previously held roles at McKesson, including Senior Manager of Strategy focused on metrics, phishing, training, and advocacy, and Senior Manager of Information Security and Risk Management PMO, where Theresa established a Program Management Office to enhance governance and align initiatives with corporate goals. Prior experience includes serving as Principal Consultant at Intellinet and Co-Owner and Vice President at Ixion Corporation, alongside significant roles at Coca-Cola European Partners and Coca-Cola Enterprises, where Theresa managed substantial IT budgets and led project management initiatives. Theresa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Minnesota.
