Ling Tsong Hung has a diverse and extensive work experience in procurement and material management. Ling Tsong started their career at IBM Singapore Pte Ltd as a Staff Procurement Professional for five years. Ling Tsong then worked at Hewitt Associates as a Senior Procurement Manager. Later, Ling joined Credit Suisse where they held two roles: VP, Regional IT Sourcing Manager APAC, Supply Management, and VP, Supply Management Manager, Greater China. Ling Tsong then moved to AIG as the Regional Vice President, Head of Procurement for Asia Pacific (ex-Japan), where they were responsible for establishing and managing the procurement function in the region. After AIG, Ling joined OCBC Bank as the Vice President, Head of Procurement, Group Operations, and Technology. Currently, Ling is working at IHH Healthcare as Head, Group Procurement Office - Non-Pharmacy, and Head of Material Management for IHH Healthcare Singapore.

Ling Tsong Hung completed a Bachelor of Arts (2nd Upper Honours) degree in Economics from the National University of Singapore from 1995 to 1999.
