James Baird

James Baird has extensive experience in the power services industry, currently serving as Operations Manager at IHI Power Services Corp. since March 2020. Previously, James worked at Calpine from October 2014 to March 2020 as an O&M Technician and CRO, and at NextEra Energy Resources from June 2008 to October 2014 as a Senior Production Technician. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Southern New Hampshire University, earned between 2020 and 2022, and an Associates Degree in Specialized Technology in Power Plant Technology from Williamson Free School of Mechanical Trades, completed in 2008.
