Molly Floyd (she/her) has a long history of work experience. Molly began their career in 2007 as an Elementary School Teacher for MSD of Steuben County. In 2014, they took on the role of Assistant Principal/Guidance Counselor for the same company. In 2016, they moved to METROPOLITAN SCHOOL OF STEUBEN COUNTY as an Elementary Principal. Most recently, in 2019, they began working for iHire in the roles of Customer Success Director, Manager of Client Relations, and Client Relationship Manager.
Molly Floyd holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Trine University, which they obtained between 2005 and 2007. Molly also holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis, which they obtained between 2011 and 2012. Additionally, Molly Floyd attended Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis between 2003 and 2005, studying Elementary Education and Teaching. Molly also holds several certifications from LinkedIn, including: Design Thinking: Customer Experience (obtained in April 2021), Overcoming Imposter Syndrome (obtained in January 2021), Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers (obtained in December 2020), Body Language for Leaders (obtained in November 2020), Customer Service and Support During Economic Downturns (obtained in November 2020), and Leading at a Distance (obtained in September 2020).
