Steve Flook has had a long and successful career in the tech industry. Steve began their career in 2000 as the CTO of 270net Technologies, where they provided business development and technical leadership for multiple revenue streams and served as software and solutions architect on key projects. In 2011, they joined iHire as President & CEO, where they led company-wide optimization efforts and successfully introduced a test-driven philosophy for organizational change. Steve then served as President, Vice President of Product Development, Director of Engineering, and Lead Architect/Development Manager, where they designed and architected job seeker semantic matching algorithms, developed scalable logging frameworks, and modernized the platform to support future growth and stability.
Steve Flook graduated from The Johns Hopkins University with a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and Services.
