Morayo Temi-Bello is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in service management and project execution across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Global IT Service Management & Performance at IHS Towers since September 2021, Morayo is focused on enhancing service management processes in alignment with ITIL best practices and ISO 20000 standards. Previously, Morayo held various leadership roles at Heritage Bank Plc, including Lead Project Manager and Team Lead for IT Architecture and Strategy, where responsibilities included coordinating enterprise projects and implementing IT governance processes. Morayo holds an MSc in International Technology Management from the University of Warwick and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Babcock University.
