Marsalek's career also includes experience as a Senior Executive at PricewaterhouseCoopers from June 2004 to October 2008, focusing on due diligence, valuation, and Purchase Price Allocation under IFRS 3 Business Combination. Educational qualifications comprise a Master of Business Administration in Finance from City University of Seattle, a Fellowship of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), and a Master's degree in Finance from Prague University of Economics and Business.
