Mohammed Yaseen Shaik is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources management and project management. Since April 2014, Mohammed has served as General Manager of Human Resources at IIC Technologies Limited, focusing on human resources development, competence and growth management, performance management, recruitment, and strategic planning. Transitioning from managerial roles within IIC Technologies, including General Manager HR and Manager of Human Resources, Mohammed has been pivotal in organizational development and administering performance management programs. Prior experience includes leadership at IIC Academy and project management roles at IIC Technologies, where responsibilities involved project scheduling, resource planning, and quality management. Mohammed's technical expertise as a Sr. CAD Engineer at Inter ENGINEERING in Saudi Arabia laid a strong foundation for subsequent leadership roles. Academically, Mohammed holds an eMBA from Karnataka State Open University and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from AANM&VVRSR Polytechnic.
