Vidyanand Jha

Vidyanand Jha is an accomplished academic with extensive experience in management education, serving as a Professor at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta from June 1997 to August 2011, where courses in Organizational Behaviour, Organization Theory, Management of Organizational Change, and Management of Creativity and Innovation were taught. Prior roles included Associate Professor and various visiting positions, including at IIM Ranchi, IIM Raipur, and Escuela de Administracion, PUC Chile, focusing on topics such as the philosophical foundations of business and organization theory. Currently, Vidyanand Jha serves as a Board Member at the Development Management Institute (DMI) from December 2023 to December 2024. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Film Appreciation from the Film and Television Institute of India and a Fellow Program in Management (FPM) with a specialization in Organizational Behaviour from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
