Israr Ahmad, Ph.D., DABT, serves as the Study Director of Toxicology at IIT Research Institute since May 2022, overseeing compliance with regulatory requirements for toxicity and preclinical safety studies. Prior to this role, Israr Ahmad was a Scientist at UAB Medicine, conducting biochemical, immunological, and toxicological research from October 2015 to May 2022, with a focus on inhalation toxicology. Israr Ahmad's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Biochemical and Molecular Toxicology from the Indian Institute of Toxicology Research, a Master's degree from Banaras Hindu University, and a Bachelor of Science in Bio-sciences from St. Andrews College.
