Tanja Fratangeli

Tanja Fratangeli serves as the Chief People Officer at IKEA since January 2019, leading the People and Culture organization and acting as a strategic business partner to the Country Manager. With extensive experience in human resources, Tanja has held significant roles at ConAgra Foods, including Vice President of Human Resources, where leadership spans the Canadian Consumer Foods group and includes responsibilities for Communications and Facilities. Prior roles include Interim Vice President of Human Resources at Revera Health Service Inc., and various HR positions at Comcare Health Services, Vale Inco Limited, The Nielsen Company, and PSINet. Tanja holds an Honors BA in Sociology from York University, completed in 1993.
