Susan Wilcox

Susan Wilcox is a skilled communications and billing professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Billing Specialist at IKRON CORPORATION since January 2017, Susan also works as a Communications Consultant for two nonprofit organizations, managing social media accounts and creating newsletters and website content. Previous positions include Office Manager and Communications Director at BikeTexas, where Susan produced financial reports and tracked organizational expenses, as well as served as Communications Assistant, writing action alerts and articles. Early career roles include a consultant position at the Undergraduate Writing Center at the University of Texas at Austin, and Billing Supervisor at Southwest Regional Wound Care Center, where Susan developed training materials and corresponded with government officials.
