Monica Suazo has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Monica began their career at Pantone Inc as a Director of Production, where they managed the Production department and handled tasks such as planning, costing, purchasing, and quality checks. In 1997, they became the Owner of an Estimating and Cost Consultant business, where they built price estimating templates and created databases for the Print and Book binding industry. Monica then joined Acupac Packaging Inc. / Kolmar Labs Group as a Director of Business Development, where they were responsible for pricing, costing, new business development, sales forecasting, customer service, and training. Currently, they are the Director of Business Development at iLABS (Innovation Labs) Inc. in a similar role. Throughout their career, Monica has gained extensive experience in project management, vendor sourcing, database creation, and sales support.

Monica Suazo obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Business and Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University, where they studied from 2010 to 2013.
