Kara Gilliam

Kara Gilliam is an experienced supply chain professional with a robust background in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Supply Chain Planning Manager at ILC Dover since September 2023, Kara previously held positions at W. L. Gore & Associates as Supply Chain Leader, at Ashland as Global SBU Supply Lead, and at Axalta as both Supply Chain Transformation Leader and Supply Chain Planning Manager. Earlier career experiences include roles at DuPont, where Kara worked as a Supply Chain Consultant, Six Sigma Black Belt in Supply Chain and Quality, and Process Engineer. Kara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Tech, earned between 1994 and 1998.
