Sharon Keegan

Sharon Keegan has a robust background in human resources, currently serving as HR Manager at ILC Dover since January 2021, after previously holding the role of Sr HR Generalist. Before this, Sharon worked at Ervia as HR People Partner and Performance Management Specialist from May 2018 to December 2020. An interim HR Manager role at Dalata Hotel Group was held briefly in 2017. Prior experiences include significant positions at RSA, where responsibilities included HR Operations Manager and Senior HR Advisor, alongside earlier HR roles at Musgrave, IFDS Percana, and Accreate. Sharon's educational qualifications include a CDP Diploma in Employment Law from TU Dublin & IBEC Academy, an Advanced Diploma in Personal Leadership and Executive Coaching from Kingstown College, a CIPD Award in Reward Management, and a Certified Payroll Technician designation from The Irish Payroll Association, with a BA (Hons) in Human Resource Management from National College of Ireland.
